A fresh twist on a traditional baster pot, features magnetically connected baster brush and baster pot handle and thick carbon steel body. Providing a unique cooking experience while minimizing some of the pain points of a traditional barbecue basting set up.
Preliminary models constructed from foam cardstock and tape. This method was used in order to explore form and justify design concept. Embedding magnets into the handles was key in determining whether the form factor would be suitable for the application.
